CLASS OVERVIEW: Today in class basiclly all we did was do another lab that involves measuring stuff. The lab basiclly wanted us to figure out if an original rock was the same or different when compared to three other rocks. To solve the problem all you had to do was find the mass and volume of the non-original rocks, find out their densities and compare with the original rock's density. to find the density and volume you have to measure about four rocks because the amount of water that would move in the graduated cylander is too small to see with the naked eye. So that's about it...,... here's MY data....
Orig. A B C
Mass 8.07 3.79 5.16 5.34
Volume 3.10 .70 5.00 2.10
Density 2.6 5.4 1.0 2.5
HOMEWORK: Finish lab
Measurement 1 and 3 due tommorow
NEXT SCRIBE: TRISTAN
